Customer Reviews and Description ... to not bring his/her "A game" all the time. As a regular reader of Lisa Scottoline's books, this was the weakest I've seen. The lead character was way too unreal, even for fiction. At least a few times I found myself saying, "Oh, come on..." But, I've tried writing. It's tougher than I thought, and Scottoline's usually a winner. So, a fast read, and I'll look forward to the next one.

In Journals, Kurt talks about his disdain for rock journalism and a good example is the review of this book above from Publishers Weekly. Kurt did not detest his generation, he loved his generation and he loved Punk Rock. The music was freedom to him and the critics always try to make everything fit into neat little categories.
