I used to have ulcerative colitis, but thanks to my answered prayers and this book, I have no symptoms and take no medicine(poison). I have read a few other books, like "The New Eating Right For A Bad Gut" by James Scala, a few of Jinny Patel Thompson's books, one by Elaine Gottschall, and a few others. They were okay, but nowhere near what Jordan Rubin has revealed here.
