Customer Reviews and Description While I admire immensely the work Tom has done in his VC firm, and even more so for attempting to tackle a romance novel given his relationship with the romance queen herself - I found that this book did not live up to the hype -- it dragged on in several areas and was predictable from the beginning. A really good romance novel should offer elements of surprise, romance and tears ...this book did not have any of these qualities.

Ms. Moning is a very talented writer and satisfies the romantic in us all. I couldn't put these books down and stayed up, sometimes till 4am, in order to finish.

Customer Reviews and Description It had so much promise. Really, when I bought this book I was thinking along the lines of Linda Howard's Mr. Perfect, which was a much better book. But when I got to reading this book, I was disappointed. I hate being plopped into the middle of a series and not know it, with back stories and characters that talk about stories that I don't know. And She's Got the Look did that. In the end, I found I didn't care if the hero or heroine got together or not.

Customer Reviews and Description I liked 50 percent of this book. I enjoyed of course my favorite author Sherrilyn Kenyon's Winter Born. I also enjoyed Lori Handeland's Red Moon Rising. Her "moon" series is not bad, if you're into werewolves and their hunters. I liked Make it Last Forever, by L.A. Banks okay, but the ending was very anti-climatic. Born of the night left me hanging, too.
