Customer Reviews and Description I purchased Volume 1 of the series (there are 4 Volumes)and my son loved it so we went ahead with Volume 2. I found the book appropriate for Grades 1 through 4 but my Fifth Grader enjoyed the book because many topics are covered concisely. For older students (Grades 5 to 8) I would also recommend using "Kingfisher History Encyclopedia" concurrently.

Customer Reviews and Description For those who want a clear, concise (if not comprehensive) introduction to Six Sigma, this is the place to start. The authors offer an enticing glimpse into the real-world application of Six Sigma tools and techniques. Customer Reviews and Description Not a great book but a good one for sure. Former pilots now consulting in business and trying to take their culture and help businesses do the same. Some hype but not bad and the author gives you some solid lessons that can be applied. Gives you an outline of what it takes in their world and how it might apply in the outside world. Certainly not 100% transference but worth the read if you want to know how to get things done
