Customer Reviews and Description This review is for folks like me, who do not normally read romance books. You'll be disappointed in the sappy, predictability of this book. Of course the hero had a perfect body and found the heroine attractive even though she was 100 pounds over weight. This could happen in real life, but the book didn't make me believe. Lucy lost her weight way too easily with only one minor set back--totally unrealistic. I felt the book was superficial and unsatisfying.

Customer Reviews and Description Sometimes you come across an author who can keep the good things coming. Mary Janice Davidson is such an author. When you buy a sequel to a good book, you're never sure what you're going to get. Queen Betsy continues to be one of my favorite characters. In this one, she has to get a job and, lo and behold!, she manages to get one in a shoe store (could it be any better for a person with a shoe fetish?). From there until the end of the book, I was rolling with laughter. I recommend grabbing this book ... Read MoreRead Reviews and Description

Customer Reviews and Description It took me awhile to get into this book, but I'm glad I stuck with it. It's funny and has some laugh-out-loud moments. Aisling's being a dragon's mate was (and still is) a little uncomfortable for me and smacks of bestiality. I wish Drake were a man who becomes a dragon instead of a dragon that becomes a man. Weird, huh?

Customer Reviews and Description This is the first book that I've read from this author and by far it didn't disappoint. The book was so well written and comparable to author's Jennifer Crusie or Carly Phillips. The book flowed well and it really drew you into the characters. The book had some sensual parts along with a few spots that got me laughing out loud. I'll be picking up the next book of her's in this series.

Customer Reviews and Description I just couldn't get into this story. Great imagery, I love the vikings, vampires too are pretty sexy when viewed from a romantic light. For some reason, I found myself skipping to the "good stuff". There was so much fighting, and brawling, I wondered if it really was a romance novel. Maybe I'm crazy. I picked it up from the library because of the cover and felt embarassed actually. Kinda feel like laughing now that I've "read" it.

Customer Reviews and Description Ok so this is my very first review on Amazon. I was soooooo disappointed by this book that I had to come on here and warn my fellow readers looking for the next best vampire thrill. This book was under 300 pgs but it felt more like 3,000. I had to FORCE myself to read the last 75 pgs. I actually put this book down TWICE to begin and finish two other MUCH MUCH better novels (including J.R. Ward's Dark Lover an excellent vamp book.) Anyway on to the actual review.....
