This is a great book. It affirms that healing has a spiritual dimension. Some of the stories touched me in such a way that I will remember them all of my life. I read this book as part of a book club; it generated good discussion. I plan to give away copies to friends and family. I would also recommend this book to anyone who is suffering from a serious illness. It is both hopeful and real, two qualities difficult to combine in spiritual writing.

This is a wonderful book which makes me want to focus on only the positives in life, on seeing only the good in others, teaches me how to endure and navigate life in the most difficult moments. Rachel's writing is warm and sincere. She conveys huge life lessons in simple and heartwarming language. It is hard not to be moved by this book and I savored each and every word and will read it over and over again. I feel blessed to have found this book.
