This was a required book in one of my classes, and unlike other school books, this was actually a novel and was very interesting. I read right through it, very easy read!

Rating: - Aced the quiz
I had to read this book for a graduate school business course in operations, for we had a quiz on it. I listened to the CDs twice through. Even without taking notes, I aced the quiz. The acting is a little corny, but it's a well done book on CD.

Rating: - Also excelent for the guys on the floor.
I work in a company implementing "lean manufacturing". Rather than just declaring what changes need to be made, our management team has endeavored to get each employee to understand the principals underlying the concept. While there are many excelent refrences available on lean manufacturing available through the company (including "Lean Thinking", "The Toyota Way, and several books by Shidego Shingo) everyone interested is encouraged to begin with "The Goal".
