Created and published by the College Board--the creators and administrators of the actual SAT--this series has for years been the single most valuable resource for SAT preparation. Rating: - Flawed but indispensable
Anyone serious about preparing for the SAT needs this book for a very simple reason: it is the only one with real, as opposed to imitation, SAT questions. It should form the core of your preparation. However, the book has a number of flaws-- the most crucial is that there are no explanations of the answers. This is a crock, because you can get the answers, but only by shelling out big bucks for the College Board's online service.
