My issue is with the billing on my last order. I requested the fastest shipping, which was to arrive on Monday, January 23rd. The product didn't arrive till Friday, January 27th, and yet I was stil charged for the faster shipping. Please issue a credit for the shipping.

This book is a great follow-on to the first Buckingham book, "First Break all the Rules". It is an indepth look at how companies can and should alter their perception of employees, building a workforce around strengths, creating an entirely new paradigm. The fact that Buckingham has backed up his theories with such a breadth of research is refreshing. It takes a human resource-type discipline and gives it a systematic and measured path. I find it surprising that so many reviewers have found this book and survey useful. My survey results were disappointing and wildly inaccurate for the most part. When the survey did seem to detect a genuine strength, it offered me no new insight into it - nothing new to consider.
