- Flawed, but entertaining
Let's just say this...Rick Reilly as a caddy is about a 36-handicap (read: hacker). Reilly's book is a royally entertaining read the first time through. However, I've since found myself passing over certain chapters, rather than read it straight through. There are certain chapters in the book which make you aware of the humanity of the characters--including their flaws (John Daly, Donald Trump). Good book. The most interesting part is the diversity of the people Reilly caddies for. The humble Tom Lehman to the not so humble Donald Trump, the wild John Daly to the legend Jack Nicklaus. Good reading.
