I have both the CD and the book, and I love them both. I listen to the CD when I'm out driving and it helps remind me to live and eat more healthy. I've seen the doctor on tv and he's great and very passionate about his work. The doctor really helps you understand how your body works and what you can do to become your very best.

This is a unique way of presenting valuable anatomical information. It seems that this is a successful and accessible way in order the authors to reach and educate the masses. The book focuses on anatomy and how your major organs function. I think that you will learn at least a few curious tidbits of information even if you are quite familiar with how your body functions.
